Our Mission
Dayview Station Adult Day Center partners with contracted transportation providers to support participant attendance when transportation benefits are available.
Dayview Station is currently contracted with Medicare Transportation to assist eligible participants with transportation services.
Transportation availability is based on individual eligibility and coverage. Not all participants qualify for transportation benefits, and scheduling requirements may apply.
Transportation details, including eligibility and scheduling, ae reviewed during the enrollment and intake process.
Transportation services are coordinated through contracted providers and are subject to approval, availability, and program guidelines.
